Clause No. 2: Prices
The prices of the goods sold are those in force on the day the order is placed. They are denominated in euros. They will be increased by the transport costs applicable on the day of the order.
The company Paradisio Vintage grants itself the right to modify its rates at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is placed.
Clause 3: Discounts and rebates

Clause No. 4: Payment terms

the cancellation of the order.
Paradisio Vintage is not responsible for damage during delivery or lost from the post. The transport risk is borne entirely by the buyer. You can subscribe a shipping assurance for more security.
Clause No. 6: Force majeure
The responsibility of Paradisio Vintage cannot be implemented if the non-performance or delay in the performance of one of its obligations described in these general terms and conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. As such, force majeure refers to any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of Article 1148 of the French Civil Code.
Clause No. 7: Competent court
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general terms and conditions of sale is subject to French law.
